As expected from Sotetsu hotels, the housekeeping is solid, the staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. What is especially outstanding about this particular hotel, Sotetsu Fresa Sakuragicho is its location. Despite its name, it's right in front of the Bashamichi station in Yokohama. This is more than perfect. Everything is within walking distance. A fifteen minute radius by foot includes Minatomirai, Sakuragicho, Chinatown, Nihon Odori, Yamashita Park, Noge, Red Brick Warehouse/Akarenga etc. I had the perfect stay.

Nice hotel, with the access the Metro station at the front door. Make sure you choose the right room when booking as there's a choice between smoking and non smoking. Otherwise the room was very clean and tidy. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is good.
