The property is gorgeous. The room was in need of a deep clean. Room mirror was dirty. The shower tub was gross with soap scum and a moldy shower curtain. The bed did not have a fitted sheet or a bed pad. The food was disgusting, McDonalds would be considered a 5 star compared to this. For the price you pay it could and should be better. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Lake Yellowstone is great for focusing on nature and limiting technology. It should be noted there is no WiFi and service is very poor in the room which can make planning excursions or gps navigation difficult. You also have to make a reservation if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and wildlife was outside every day!

This is in a National Park and I was happy I could find a reservation. The options there are limited and wifi is non-existent or very slow, but I don't blame the Hotel

The cabin rooms are dungy, outdated and not cleaned properly. The dining options are costly and not good taste-wise. The only good thing was proximity to Hayden Valley and lake area.

Lobby was unrealistically LOUD. Check-in process was LONG and lacked any information, as compared to our other party's check-in process; we got an idiot at the front desk! Rooms were marginally clean. Food options were next to zero. Grounds and building were VERY run down. We had a TERRIBLE visit to this National Park! Wont EVER go back to this dump of a national park! Very sad!

Housekeeping service was really horrible, they left the door open to our cabin and never cleaned the room even though we had the sign out for maid service. Very dangerous to leave the room door open. The GM of this property should be held responsible. Even the front desk staff is not helpful at all. Never staying again here. Paid premium for the room but got lousy service.

Although surprised by the fact that there was no tv or internet, it was a retful stay - I enjoyed not being connected to the outside world. The age of the property made me feel like I had gone back to a bygone era, but with today's amenities.

Beautiful view. Lovely building. Registration was confusing with two different entrances. Bell hop was “on lunch” we are elderly and could have used the help. Elevators are very confusing. Signage in the elevator would have been useful. Our room was literally the last in a several hundred feet long hall. No WiFi, no tv, poor in room coffee. Some foods on menu not available. Arrived for breakfast at 9:30, had to wait ten minutes, many empty tables. When we finally got to go to the buffet, it was very picked over and out of several dishes-not worth $22. Would not stay again.
