This place is kinda a joke, only thing good is location, as in it is in the park. First there are different wings, keys didn't work so had to go all the way back to main building. NO TV OR AC in rooms. Paid extra for "balcony" got a first floor room that looks onto the parking lot, from what I saw not really any balconies so don't waste your money on that. Bathroom was dirty. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Bed were not comfortable, then the kicker was called in at 7:45 for papercups to make coffee (only given plastic.) They said didn't come in till 8 to I said don't worry. At 8:15 were knocking at my door to clean it, asked for paper cups they are out. . .. So no TV, no ac now no coffee. Also cost about $350

It is an ok place but very expensive!! I think the price is artificially high because there is no competition

The food options were limited in the park and they removed the microwaves from the rooms because of COVID, not sure how that is any different than leaving the mini fridge. Ceiling noise was bad, walls between rooms was okay. Finishes are nice but with the lack of amenities and closed roads we would have spent less money for a better place if we stayed outside the park.

Extremely high prices for nothing but a bed and shower. No wi-fi (they say there is but it doesn't work). No tv or even chairs to sit in lobby and read or play cards, etc. Not easy to load. Sooooo much money for bare bones!!

The location is amazing . The room is so basic for the amount you pay per night . Bed shower that’s it !

No TV, no WiFi!! Breakfast stops at 10AM, street leading to the reception is blocked, no alternate signage, lost about 1 hour to find it, parking full, can’t believe I paid almost 400 dlls for a room, to top it off, cleaning lady tries to slam the door open to clean the room early in the morning!!!!!

lack of WiFi, with the exception of the main lodge.

Road to get here can get icy at the end of the season...also no wifi in the rooms, which can be a hassle if you're using it for trip planning and such

Canyon Lodge is all about location. You're inside the park and central to almost every attraction. Be prepared for limited food options and things to close as the end of season approaches though. Curiously, the hotel outfits its beds with half-size pillows and doesn't offer the ability to exchange them for normal length.

Comfortable rooms, great shower. No TV or Wi-Fi, but inside Yellowstone Park that was to be expected. Would stay there again.

Crowded place. Clean......................................

It’s a place in the park, nothing more. Food is mediocre, no lattes available, no air conditioning. Heat didn’t work either. Shower was okay. Horrible value for the price.

Nice & more modern lodging. Probably the nicest place to stay in Yellowstone, definitely the newest. Recycling bin in room. Water bottle refiller in lodge main floor.
