A little rough this time

I really like the place, but this time it was rough. The pool had dozens of pieces of the tiles broke off and in the water. The guest washers & dryers did not work at all. Which I didn't figure out until my clothes were sitting in a washer full of water and wouldn't wring out. Our toilet leaked at the floor. It is quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
