The front desk was trying to be helpful but we got an email to check in through the App and not having experience with such check in, we were having issues checking into our second room booked. The front desk mentioned that the App was managed separately from the hotel so they couldnt provide much help. Ultimately we were able to figure it out but weren't able to figure out the digital keys and had to visit the front desk regardless upon our late arrival in which we waited for someone for a bit.
Aside from that upon entering the room, it seemed clean enough but we found hair and dust on the table leading me to believe it may not have been wiped down between guests and a stinkbug appeared on the chair at one point. It happens but...still not something you want to happen during your stay.
