The experience was ok overall, but requested extra sheets and bedding along with towels at check in since we had 5 people in our party, but they were never delivered to the room. The toilet worked on and off and we were unable to adjust the thermostat. The waffle maker was inoperable at breakfast as well, which was disappointing to our children. The beds in the room were really hard and uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the room and hotel are very clean and the indoor pool is a nice amenity (we did not get a chance to use it though). We were also grateful for the breakfast being included. There is a $10 per night parking fee.

Hotel was great. Hotels.com sucks!! Made a reservation through Hotels.com and paid at the time through the app. Got to the hotel, and no reservation made by Hotels.com for me. Thank Goodness for the woman behind the desk that was able to get me a room for the night. I will never use Hotels.com agajn and neither should you. Use a different app or call the Hotel directly.

We were not aware of a parking charge, and room requests were not answered for extra pillows and a restock of soaps. Sheets were not changed after 3 days, bed simply made, and no retock of fresh towels left on the floor. personel waas great greeted us well but follow through was poor foir requests

First, the room had an unpleasant, funky smell, which made the stay uncomfortable and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as opening at 7:00 AM, but it did not open until 7:30 AM. This caused inconvenience, especially for guests with early schedules. When breakfast was finally available, there was no fresh coffee provided. The hot water was also not hot, making it impossible to properly prepare a drink.

The room was clean but the toilet broke halfway through our trip. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. There’s a glass pocket door with smoked glass but when you close the door and turn on the light the whole room gets lit up and wakes everyone else up. The breakfast is mediocre at best. They had the mixing for a Mexican tortilla and no tortillas. Besides that the usual cereal and waffles. No danish or variety of fruit. The coffee was lukewarm. It’s convenient to a lot of fast food. They also charged $10 for parking at the hotel that you’re paying for. That’s a new one. When we were leaving the front desk girl was sitting in a chair looking at her phone. Nice hotel but needs much better management and easy improvements plus don’t charge your guests to park.
