Comfortable and high quality holiday home at 4 star level, suitable for 4 adults and a toddler (up to 3 years). Ideally and quietly located in the triangle between the spa center (approx. 200m), the museum harbor / town center (approx. 350m) and the marina / beach (approx. 500m). On the ground floor (external roller blinds and fly screens) there is the living room (LED flat screen, DVD player, stereo system, etc.) with dining area for 5 people and access to the large terrace with seating and parasol, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, senseo) Machine, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and much more), as well as a guest toilet with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, original Velux blackout blinds, heat protection, fly screens and LED TVs), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair, baby bed, gate, grill, two new 6-speed bicycles and two wheels with parking space and car parking space are also available. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed, WiFi included. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Sehr sauber & gepflegt, modern und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, mit komfortablen Zimmern und einer schönen Terrasse.Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.Man fĂŒhlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 1-jĂ€hrigem Kind vor Ort fĂŒr 5 Tage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage fanden wir super. gelungener FrĂŒhlingsauftakt in einladendem Ambiente

Wir haben das kleine HĂ€uschen unsres Gastgebers bereits das 3. mal besucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, es ist sauber, gemĂŒtlich und lĂ€dt zum verweilen ein. Seine perfekte Lage ermöglicht Carolinensiel und Harlesiel zu Fuß zu erkunden und zu erleben aber auch andere KĂŒstenorte sind von hier aus bequem mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben Silvester 2024 in dem top ausgestatteten Haus der Familie Bonse verbracht. Das. Haus ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. In der KĂŒche Gabe es zusĂ€tzlich zur Ausstattung noch ein Raclette. Die gebuchten WĂ€schepakete standen bereit. Eine RĂŒckfrage zum Haus, haben Familie sofort geklĂ€rt. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in dem Haus und waren auch nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Super Ferienhaus fĂŒr Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern

Wir waren im August 2024 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (1 & 5) fĂŒr 10 NĂ€chte im Ferienhaus und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist super, vor allem fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Hier ein paar Highlights, die dazu fĂŒhren, dass wir das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen können: - sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld - nicht riesig, aber groß genug fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, da tatsĂ€chlich zwei separate Schlafzimmer - super Ausstattung: u.a. Treppenschutzgitter, Hochstuhl, Babybett, ein paar Spiele, 2 FahrrĂ€der und etwas Spielzeug fĂŒr den Strand - super Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten und Insektengitter in den SchlafrĂ€umen - gemĂŒtliches Doppelbett mit ordentlicher Matratze - Waschmaschine Die Lage war fĂŒr uns super, genau mittig zwischen Strand Harlesiel und Hafen Carolinensiel. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden, wenn es uns wieder nach Carolinensiel verschlĂ€gt, definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Herrn Bonse. Herr Bonse hat immer sofort geantwortet, war sehr angenehm.

Sehr erholsam , das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Schön war, dass wir unsere E-Bikes geschĂŒtzt unterbringen konnten.
