Loose Moose @ Spring Brook Resort

Located across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, this lofty six bedroom home is your big game headquarters. The Loose Moose has two floors plus a finished basement with a pool table, foosball and movie room. The spacious back yard, fire pit area (with outdoor seating), and two charcoal grills that is great for entertaining outdoors on those cool summer evenings. Perfect for multifamily or larger group gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 14 people.

The main floor offers two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) that share one of three full bathrooms. Lounge the dog days of summer away in the spacious living room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, a gas fire place, a sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV with a DVD/Blue Ray Player. It also opens up to the dining area and kitchen (fully stocked with a standard coffee maker and all you will need for that family dinner). Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace provide the right ambiance for rest and relaxation.

The upstairs has two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed. The master bedroom comes with an in-room whirlpool tub as well. There is a second full bathroom to accommodate the occupants of both upstairs bedrooms without taking the stairs down to the main level.

The finished lower level boasts a theater room (equipped with cable TV) with a 75" TV, in addition to the aforementioned pool table, card table, and foosball game. Also, the fifth and sixth bedrooms (queen bed in each) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share. High speed complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The Loose Moose is also a very short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
