The room & washroom is very clean & housekeeping was good. We found the washroom to be very cold as there is no heater in it and it takes several minutes to get hot water from the shower and sink. It is also quite noisy. The staff are friendly & courteous

Washroom was very clean. Room was clean though but it was smelly. Most probably from Carpet. Sometimes these hotels don't give you good rooms when you have a pet. Breakfast was good. They keep you asking by sms and email in the morning that when you will checkout. Although it is mentioned that 11 am is checkout time. Overall it is good. But smell was the main concern.

The sound proofing left much to be desired. I kept waking up because there was illegal drag racing going on in the shopping plaza parking lot across from hotel. The room was okay but the hot water in the shower took forever to warm up. The building needs a major upgrade. It gave me the impression of a bombed out apartment building in Kiev, Ukraine.
