We booked a 2 queen bed accessible room and received a 1 queen. Systems were down, wifi down, so it couldn’t be rectified and kids’ weekend homework couldn’t be done. Upon checkout, I was given a business card and advised to call the following day but was placed on hold, left a voicemail and emailed with no return response. At this point, maybe a possible rightful price adjustment. Positive was the breakfast we enjoyed. The omelets are made to order. TGIF access from lobby. Highway like toad access to hotel. Here for a UDel tour which was minutes away by car. Christiana Mall 15 minutes away.

The stay was great but someone stole the catalytic converter out of my car and the property has no cameras in the parking lot.

I made a reservation for a king bed, but got 2 queens, i ask for change, hotel said king was snot available.
The hot water heater broke, and we had to take ice cold.showers during our stay

This property is not too far off of 95, so it's relatively easy on-easy off for long trips. The pool is, as always, a wonderful perk, as is the breakfast (even billed as "grab and go", it's still fine). Having a TGI Friday's actually attached to the building is a big bonus. And this property, like all Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at, is a beautiful one.
Just make sure your up at 7 am to book your pool time or you won't be able to use the pool. Was there 3 days and didn't get to use the pool not once. Other than that very nice place to stay.
The staff was very rude when it came to checking in and explaining the rules for the pool. The pool was very dirty the jacuzzi had what looked like pieces of someone’s skin floating in it and had a very bad smell. There were no towels available at the pool area. We were very disappointed.
Bathroom caulking needs replaced. Inside bathroom door dirty with lots of greasy prints around handle. Strange that was charged an incidental fee with room that will be refunded after check out. It’s not a resort! The staff couldn’t fully explain reasoning and was not exceptionally helpful. Felt like my questions were confusing or she was new. Not what I expect from a Hilton property. I’d stay there again as not horrible, but could use some improvements.
