You get what you pay for! I selected this hotel because of the location and the price. The location was great, near shopping, restaurants and the highway. The hotel common areas furniture and carpeting were dirty, dingy and worn. I had to return to the reception desk multiple times and had to move my room twice before I got settled in a functioning room. The first room the television wasn't working, the second room door key did not open the door (a problem that I heard two other guests complain about) and the third room did not have an iron! I was in a last-minute pinch so it was O, K, but I would not go back there

Scathing Review: This Property Is Falling Apart This location desperately needs a top-to-bottom upgrade. Any goodwill earned by the friendly front desk instantly evaporates the moment you step inside. --- What Went Right • Front desk staff were genuinely welcoming and eager to help. --- What Went Horribly Wrong • Carpets from the entrance to our suite were filthy—streaked with grime and visibly neglected. • I could feel debris underfoot when I stepped out of bed; it was impossible to ignore how unclean the flooring was. • The bathroom ceiling was coated in mildew, thanks to a complete lack of ventilation. • The toilet handle required constant pressure just to flush properly. • Our suite’s sofa and pillows were equally filthy, making relaxation impossible. • The indoor pool area was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was shut down. • Damp towels were scattered all around the pool deck, signaling careless housekeeping. --- Final Verdict If you have any alternative accommodations nearby, book them now. This property is unfit for guest stays until it undergoes major maintenance, deep cleaning, and operational fixes. We would have willingly forfeited our second night’s fee to escape—only a locked-in reservation kept us here. Avoid this hotel until management invests in basic upkeep.

We were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. The next room had been cleaned but not vacuumed clearly as there was food on the carpet and a toe nail by the bed. Really gross. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy. It’s a recommended hotel for sports teams not sure why. Breakfast bar did not appear to be open in the morning no coffee etc. fortunately there’s a dd next door.

This hotel was a mess! No air conditioning in a lot of the rooms, the halls were super dirty, the room was really musty. There was people living in the hotel and they were pretty scary looking folks. They had a nice lobby but no food or service at the restaurants. Coffee machines leaked. There was a very nice person working the desk and that was about the best part however they were not able to do much but listen to our complaints.

The outdoor fire pit and indoor swimming pool were nice amenities. There was chaos all evening in the halls and other guests were loud and extremely messy. People were littering in the halls, fitness room, elevator. It was a bustling place and probably not enough staff to maintain order.

Our trip was ok. Staff was very friendly. AC didn't work, toilet didn't flush, and our room door keyless entry batteries needed to be changed. When staff was made aware of issues there wasn't any offers or discounts made. Otherwise it was convient location for our trip.

It was ok! I wouldn’t stay here again unless it’s a last option. The customer service is literally ran by teenagers who yaps so much they aren’t focused on the job! Other then that its ok
