Conveniently located 1.8 miles to the Ark Encounter and 44 miles to Creation Museum. Whatever brings you here, we would love to have you stay at Gray's Landing... you will not be disappointed.
Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement. There is 1 bedroom & 1 full double vanity bathroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen, family room & a quiet sitting room with a queen sofa sleeper. With a keyless entry, you will enter on the main floor to the family room with a step down into the kitchen and bedroom. The 2nd floor provides 2 more bedrooms and 1 full spacious bathroom. Cable TV and Wi Fi are provided, along with USB ports for charging phones in the kitchen and bedrooms. All new standard size appliances, including washer and dryer are available for use and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. Keurig is provided, along with a variety of Kcups, sugar and creamer.
