We were assigned a handicapped room. I did not request a handicap room. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast room was less than adequate for the number of people that were in it. The door to the closet squeaked so loud. I’m surprised they didn’t hear it in the next room. It was in desperate need of some WD-40! The bathroom door squeaked as well. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, and the vanity was torn. I will probably no longer be booking a room at Marriott hotels.

When we booked in the beginning of December we asked for a 1 pm check in. When we got to the hotel they would not honor it. We also asked to have a room next to my sister and that didn’t happen either. I told them we would not be able to check in until 10pm because we would be at Busch Garden Park all day, that is why we wanted the 1 pm check in. When I finally got to check in, we ended up with an ADA room. I feel as though they forgot about us. Very disappointed in the whole experience at the hotel.😞

Overall the room and the hotel food pool was great the only reason I’m not giving 5stars is that need to work on better pillows. They are basically a paper bag and our necks was hurting

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking and having a good laugh with the front desk ladies.The room was well cleaned. We enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was delicious. The only flaw was the bed was way to soft. My husband and I back hurt after sleeping on it. We had to cut our trip a day early and was unable to get a refund just for one day. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the summer. Thank for your hospitality.

Building was old, Loud music started, we called the front desk and maintenance did get them to lower the volume. Then the parking lot noise...including burnouts began...and lastly, cigarette smoke started coming through the bathroom vent. We couldn't handle how awful the room was and that we didn't feel safe. We left an hour later and they wouldn't refund our 4 day reservation. BEWARE.

Hotel clean, friendly, as expected. If I were in higher management, I suggest you replace that dining room carpet, now, especially where there's a tricky step down. Its dirty, dingy and conceals the downstep. I dont need to stumble. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.
