The house was absolutely perfect. Very close to Brownwood Square. The layout is what I would want in my own home. Our Host was very concerned that all our needs were met. Anyone that stays here will be VERY happy that you chose this house. I plan to be back for next Thanksgiving!!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this villa. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and the entire place had absolutely everything we needed right at arm’s reach. The owners provided excellent customer service from start to finish, so friendly, helpful, and attentive.We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Christmas perfection!

Everything that you could possible want...

This was our first VRBO stay. We could not have asked for anything more! It was an open floor plan with a large well furnished kitchen, a large open seating area in the living and dining section, stylish couches, tables and decorations. A large Lania with just the right amount of outdoor furniture and the walled in area with walkway and lawn around the house, was perfect to run our small dog for exercise. We felt very welcome through our entire stay, the kitchen appliances were immaculate. We appreciated the large full-size refrigerator and so much counterspace and cabinetry. We loved exploring local area with the golf cart. We were within walking distance of the Brownwood Paddock Square and had coffee each morning, lunch at several area restaurants and Live music each night in the town square. The Hosts were responsive to any questions/requests that we had. This will be a property at the top of our list, the next time we come to The Villages! Barbara and Paul

You will love your stay!

I can't say enough about our experience staying in this beautiful home. Marc and Tisha were amazing host and always responded immediately when we had any questions. The house was so clean and the open floor plan was very spacious. The screened in lanai was a fantastic place for breakfast or any other time of day to just relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is incredibly convenient and just a short golf cart ride to Brownwood. Did I mention that a 4 seater golf cart was included? What a bonus that was! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks again Marc and Tisha!
