We were told that breakfast was from 8-10 am, but no staff or breakfast was available. My husband was in shower when he found that ALL of the soap , shampoo, and conditioner bottles were empty, no ice available on any floor.

The room was spotless and the bed was awesome. We had a balcony room overlooking the lake and it was so great to see people walking around. The water pressure in the shower was great too!

We loved our room. It wasn't huge, but definitely met all of our needs. We loved the balcony, and the shower was great. The only downside was the very loud AC.
