It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the Jacuzzi tub was broken so had to borrow personal pliers to get it to work until it got fixed the next day. Should have been noticed before we arrived if cleaned.

Only downside was our room was an outside room on the east side of the building ~ 150 feet from an Interstate 135 on-ramp. I was woken up by traffic noise at 5 am. Ask for an inside room.

All of the front desk staff are so nice , helpful and friendly !! We loved all the amenities as well. Really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi and all the table games and we got to hit the exercise room every morning also. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful ! Wonderful hotel for the rate and they actually have a convenient store right next door and restaurant attached that gives you free hot breakfast

Stay was amazing but, complimentary breakfast at country kitchen should be avoided, over easy eggs were cold as well as the rest of the breakfast. Would have been better as a complimentary breakfast buffet in any other hotel.
