Overall a great little place to stay. House was very clean, nice yard for pets, and plenty spacious to host our family Christmas. The owner communicated very well and the price was good. It’s located in a good spot, within walking distance of two coffee shops, restaurants and fast food as well as the movie theater. Check-in was simple.

Such a cute place! Perfect location to everything. Though Wichita Falls is a small-ish town this place truly is center to everything. The back yard is HUGE, neighborhood is very quiet. I have a hard time sleeping in other beds but these beds were soooo comfortable, pillows as well. The owners provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookie sheets as well. It’s extremely clean and a VERY comfortable place. One thing I’d like to note and have now purchased for my own home are the sleeping machines they have in each room, which are a great size. They had low music playing on them when we walked in. But if you are like me and need white noise to sleep it was a special touch to have these. They also have central AC and heating! Which is amazing I’ve stayed in a few other places in Wichita Falls when I visit and they had window units. I will absolutely book this home again! Owners are also very attentive/responsive as well.

Texas gathering

You never know what to expect when renting a VRBO and we were so pleased with our rental in Wichita Falls. We were running around a lot due to helping with Grandsons wedding and the location All American Lone Star couldn’t have been better; very close to everything we needed. Also, my daughter had to log into her work daily and the set up of an office desk was perfect!!Plenty of room for all five of us!

Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay.

The house was very clean and organized. It was a comfortable place to stay for three adult males attending a seminar at Midwestern State University. I would recommend this home for a family or an individual.
