Checked in at 2:45 room was not cleaned we weren't able to get in to the room until well after 5:00

This property smelled from the moment we walked in like strong mold. We were told upon checking in that we couldn’t park in the parking lot with our small little 5 ft trailer so we would have to find somewhere else to park. For 20$ we could park in the empty lot next door. We drove over to check it out and no way. No cameras, not safe at all. We went back to get our $ back. Can’t give $ back. Exhausted we had to pay for 2 rooms to be able to park trailer. Then after getting to the room we opened it and the stench of urine hit us so hard we immediately shut the door, opened the next room and it smelled too. The guy downstairs said all rooms full. It was horrible. I called to see if the had any spray to mask smell and yes they did but it was just a horrible ordeal. Couldn’t walk on the carpet wo shoes and just a feeling of GROSSNESS Roach in the bathtub crawling around. I won’t stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.
