I had to book rooms for a tour group. The staff was the most organized I saw on the tour. I made reservations online, and the staff had the room keys ready to go when we arrived. Additionally, they were cheery with a sense of humor. I will stay here again.

I can hear the staff was playing on her phone in the area next to the front desk but nobody comes out to help me. I tried howling for staff, but nobody answer. Literally waited 15 minutes ended up calling the front desk number for her to come check me in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Elevator is old and creaky but everything else out ways this one subpar item.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The beds were wonderful and the walk in shower was great. The only drawback was the breakfast. It was just bagels and muffins. It was all new so maybe a better breakfast is coming. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicer part of town and very clean

Clean and comfortable. I've stayed many places in Wichita. Always trying to find a good deal. First time I have stayed at this location and I will be staying again. Also in a great location. Nicer part of town (Formally a local) and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. They were also lean and sparse - lighting in the room was limited; towels were very lightweight; room phone did not operate. But I would stay again if simply needing lodging overnight.
