We had a plan event for female riders a year in advance. We had no running water for over 6 hours. We couldn’t flush, wash our hands or anything after riding hours away. The hotel still charged full price and made no effort to refund any portion. It was at that point it became unsanitary for us. A water line has bust and the front desk lady lied about how long it would take to get fixed.

The front desk staff were extremely nice. I felt very safe seeing security walk around. We showed up around 2 am. I was able to call and confirm that I could still check in with no problems. There was even free breakfast in the morning!
