This was the perfect home away from home. They had all the amenities you can like of. From kitchen appliances to games, just what a family need when traveling. Great host that made sure everything was handled with care.

Easily got 6 couples for our church couples retreat! Steep walk down to the lake but great fire pit and well appointed kitchen.

Lovely location for reunion of old friends

This is the second time we've stayed at Blue Magnolia and we've been delighted both times. We're a group of friends who shared an overseas boarding school experience over 50 years ago, and it's a lovely place to reconnect, remember, relax, and look ahead. Thanks Jeff, for providing us with such an idyllic setting for our reunion.

Perfect for a Large Family

Great family get together! Plenty of sleeping spaces with everyone having their own bathroom! Kids hunted for snails. Plenty of seating to visit , inside & outside. Nice campfire at night. Felt like you were secluded but close to a store if needed. Easy check in & out! Would book again!!

Great place to relax

The Blue Magnolia was perfect for our annual birthday getaway with four couples. Wonderful accommodations with a very comfortable feel. Close enough to area towns and attractions. Great restaurants close by. A perfect place for relaxing, playing games, fishing and crafting.

Beautiful property, great for large group

We have an annual tradition of doing a June birthday getaway weekend and this house was perfect for the group. Plenty of rooms, well stocked kitchen and pantry, everything in working order and ice cold AC. Thanks for making your home available for a wonderful and memorable weekend!

Great family fun week

Enjoyed the vacation at this house. Lots of great fishing. Only turn off I guess I would have to say is all the trailers/mobile homes on the road leading to the house.

Giant home away from home

We had our annual girlfriends slumber party here and this house was perfection. Ample beds, pillows, blankets, towels for the stay, comfortable and ample seating everywhere, great kitchen and a good homey vibe. We will absolutely be hoping to return!

Husbands 60th birthday weekend

Family Girls' Trip

This place is great. The location, the number of bedrooms, and baths, the back porch, the view and the quiet peacefulness made this a perfect spot for us all. From my 91 yr old mother down to my 18-month-old great nephews and all in between, we all had a blessed weekend.

Awesome house! Cool location!

We had a great stay! With 7 bedrooms and bathrooms, the house fit our needs perfectly! Owners are very accommodating and responsive. I can’t think of anything that could’ve made it better, it was perfect! Such a cool, fun house!

Highly Recommend Such a Blessing

We enjoyed a perfect weekend at the Blue Magnolia. This place has everything you could need for a peaceful getaway! Amazing lake views, beautifully decorated house, cozy patio, fire table, hot tub were all perfect for our winter escape. It was super clean, stocked, and ready for us to feel right at home. Location was great. We explored the area and did some antique shopping. We are ready to go back!!!

Perfect home for large families!

We had 17 adults and the house was perfect for us. It was as described on VRBO and every part of our stay was great. Jeff was immediately responsive to all of our questions throughout booking and during our stay. Thank you and hopefully we can stay with you again someday. I highly recommend this host and house!

Outside oasis

The backyard was so much prettier than we expected. We loved the giant fire pit and the huge porch. My kids loved fishing in the cove and I loved how quiet it was outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Fun at Magnolia Lodge

We enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Lodge! It's a large home equipped with all necessities and comforts,(clean and well-kept) for a fantastic stay! The private cove provides great excess for swimming and paddleboard activities. Our hosts are friendly and hospitable in every way. This was our second stay at ML. We gladly recommend this property for any group. Enjoy!

Great house for a family vacation

We had a great time even though it rained most of the time we were there. Lots of area to hang out in small groups and lots of TVs! Appliances were updated and kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was used even in the rain. Our first outing with kid and grandkids post vaccine- will be great memories

Great time at Blue Magnolia

Friends and I along with all our kids had a great time at this house. It rained the entire weekend we were there, but fortunately the inside of this house is so large and well spread out that we had plenty of fun inside. Hot tub was a nice getaway, and it was certainly nice that so many of the rooms had TVs. Thanks!

Lake house

This place is amazing. It has all the essentials plus more. It was large enough to fit our family of 12 with everyone comfortable. It has all the things that we might have forgotten at home. Lots of games and going to the lake was great. We will definitely book again.
