The room was nice, slightly outdated but nice. However, we first experienced a lot of pounding from The unit above us and a dog barking loudly... I wouldnt normally conplain for this, but then later the first full day we experienced a major plumbing issue (not the owners fault) but the condo above had a clogged drain, had plumbers out, and it was very noisy while they were snaking the pipes in the walls..then our kitchen sink began to bubble and brown sludge water filled it all the way up!! Smelled fishy.. the front desk gal didnt know any workers were in the building and didnt know what to do, but I saw a plumber standing by the elevator and asked if he was working in the unit above us. And he was. He came and checked our unit, and for the next several hours popped back in and out of our unit checking and snaking the pipes...so we couldnt leave...or relax. Once that issue was fixed I alerted the property owner and after several emails explaining I had to clean out the brown sludge sink myself etc, they did offer a small refund. I was good with that and hoped for the best for the next few days. The next day was fine besides stomping and barking above us. Then the final night the stomping was SO bad (think toddler running back and forth for HOURS...) we dealt with it till 10:45pm and I finally called the phone number they provide for noise issues after 10pm. The guy said he would "alert security", but they arent onsite.... the noise went on till 1130pm. A bummer

Room was clean, except for the dog vomit? on the carpet by the dining table. No major complaints except twenty five for parking. I hate nickel and dime crap.Just include the parking IN the room fee. I’m fine with paying for parking, I just don’t appreciate the hassle of added effort of having to chase the parking meter in the lobby - to the garage. Thanx

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed — BBQ, cleaning supplies, cooking appliances, a nice shower, and a fireplace. The downside was the pool and hot tub. The pool wasn’t heated and was quite cold for November, and the hot tub wasn’t working. We also weren’t informed ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing — especially since other hotels nearby had theirs running. When we mentioned our disappointment to staff, they didn’t seem to care, which made the experience feel even more frustrating.

Well maintained unit, we stayed at 210. Great value for the price. Staff was friendly, the building is a bit old but very comfortable and the pool is a nice addition. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay.

It was a good first night of stay until a pipe burst/flood occurred in the 5th floor the following day affecting our unit. We were moved into a different unit but it was not same vibe compared the unit we actually paid for. Unit 203 is outdated and one of the bedsheets has gross stain in it forcing my wife to wash it. The hot water was shut and was turned back on around 6pm. It wasn’t the best experience we had at Lost Lake. The receptionist (Brilli) was quite awesome handling the moving of our things and recreating the birthday balloon setup we made but there wasn’t a manager to talk to. Also, the hot tub was closed due to some maintenance or whatsoever so we were really disappointed especially my kids.
