A fireplace in the breakfast area, a beautiful oceanic aquarium in the lobby and their aquatic center were all quite special.

We were in Wheeling for my niece’s wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location was impacted my the historic flash flood which occurred the evening of 06/14/2025. The road in front of the hotel was flooded and we couldn’t get back to our room after the wedding reception and had to wait at a supermarket parking lot for the water to recede. I called the hotel the check the status there, and they sent their van to the supermarket parking lot to check on us and give us the go ahead to drive to the hotel. This is above and beyond what was expected.

Wondering hotel

Everyone was super nice. The inside pool area was great. Hotel was clean and very comfy. Having a shuttle for a concert was a huge plus.

Pleasant surprise

Convenient overnight stop on our road trip to visit friends. Welcoming staff, nice room and great pool, hot tub and exercise room. Only downer was breakfast - cold French toast sticks and eggs. Still, i'd happily stay again
