We have stayed before. This time we upgraded to a balcony room. I was glad we did because I was able to sit outside for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Seems bigger than the regular 2 queen rooms.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I made a reservation from February 22nd to 24th. In the early morning of the 23rd, the hotel lost power. We were left without electricity and without heating during a snowstorm, in extremely low temperatures. The hotel does not have a generator, so we were freezing in our room. Around 10:00 AM, we went to the front desk and canceled our second night. The front desk attendant wrote everything down on paper since none of the systems were working at the time. However, we never received a refund for the canceled night. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There was no responsibility for the safety of the guests. We had to seek shelter in a local church because the hotel offered absolutely no support, even knowing that we were with children in total darkness.

The staff was professional. We were surprised by a $10 resort fee. We assume the price you pay through travelocity was the price and there wasn't any extra charges. Also, there was a strange smell in the room.

Clean room upon arrival; jacuzzi tub was wonderful but did leave a yellow rim after use. Thank you for the prosecco and glasses, it was a very nice touch! Would love to come back in the spring or summer to use the fire pit!

Staff is very sweet and pleasant. Room was semi-clean. We found a bunch of pringles chips under one of the beds and we don’t buy or eat them so they were from previous guests. Pool seemed clean but both my kids broke out in a rash afterwards and they never experience that normally from Chlorine pools. Not a terrible experience but might try another place in the future.

There is no way to relax with kids running up and down the hallways until midnight. It's time for new carpeting, every footstep sounded like a drum. We had to call the front desk around midnight on Saturday, whoever quieted things down did a good job. Your bartender needs to get a personality. She made you feel like a terrible inconvenience every time you ordered a drink. That was when you could get her attention. There was almost a fight between two women because one knocked down some dollar bills by accident. The bartender did nothing. Myself, and another guest diffused the situation. BTW, you are way overdue on donating those dollar bills to a charity. This was probably our worst visit there in the 25 years or so we have been staying there.
