I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Very clean and better than the more pricey hotels I have stayed at previously in Wendover. The casino also had a great vibe with live music. Of course it was very smoky in there, but that’s to be expected. They also definitely need to redo the elevators to the hotel rooms but overall, I was extremely surprised at how nice everything was.

The stains on the carpet in our room weren't appealing, the elevator worked intermediately. The stairwells were poorly illuminated and the doors to the stairwells were hard to open.

Didn’t eat there. The rooms are dated, but the price is 1/3 of the price of the competition. Overall, this is an excellent value. They need to fix elevators in the Tower, but for the price, it can’t be beat.

The hotel was in shambles. It looked nice upon check in and walking through the casino then when you get to the rooms it is in poor condition. 3 of the elavators that we went to were broken a fourth broke as we were waiting to go down. The elevator that we did find to take down had no working lights. We had no way to see if it was coming up to our floor. Then when we got in the lights didnt work either so we werent sure it had taken our input and didnt show the floor numbers as we went down. I think it beeped though so we could hear and count how many floors we had past. There were ashes in the window sill. Several parts of the wall had wall paper patches cut out and missing. When we got to our room the toilet was leaking and it was not very clean. Random wall splatches of unknown substance. Random carpet stains. An unknown substance squished into the carpet and dried. Very clear they donot clean their carpets at all as if it was spot cleaned as it happened it would not be there now. The bed looked okay but there were crumbs under the bed skirt and dirt and dander all over the box spring. There is a waiver they have you sign as it is a smoke free hotel, we got to smell the neighbor light up a joint atleast 3 times. Plus side there is a sky bridge over to the other casino.

This was the worst stay we have ever had at the nugget. We stayed on the 7th floor for 3 nights. Our toilet wouldn't flush, there was water coming from somewhere and leaking from the roof onto the toilet. The shower had no hot water and the elevator broke so we climbed 7 floors everytime we left and returned. Terrible experience, will never stay there again!!!
