We came down for 2 nights for spring training. It fit our needs. The room was spacious and was the bathroom. However, the toilet is crazy loud when it flushes. We didn’t see all the appliances listed on the listing (which is unfortunate), so we ended up bringing some of our own with us. It’s not far from things, but there’s nothing close by as far as restaurants. We arrived once it was dark. It would be nice if the rental door was labeled since the rental and tenant doors are basically next to each other.

I have stayed here before, and I appreciate that our host Luc responded promptly to our concerns. The space is lovely, but we could not turn on the heat and there was not an extra blanket for the bed, fortunately we were able to borrow one from our daughter. It served us well as a convenient place to stay while visiting our daughter. We were not aware that coffee pods are not provided, so plan to bring your own.

A nice stay

The owners are very friendly and nice people. They were extremely helpful with any situation we needed assistance on. The listing did not mention the details regarding the AC or quiet time. Although it was not an issue with our stay we do feel it should be mentioned. Same with the status of the road to the property.

Very nice

The unit is great. Everything was neat and clean and just as the pictures depict. The mattress was comfortable and the linens good quality. It was exceptionally quiet during our stay. No barking dogs, noisy neighbors or traffic noise which was great. There is a long term rental above this unit but we barely heard them at all. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything we needed. We weren’t able to figure out how to adjust the thermostat but the temp was comfortable so that was ok. Really our only problem was knowing where to go upon arrival. It’s a fairly large property and we didn’t know which door led to our unit. Luckily the long-term tenant drove up just as we did and was nice enough to show us where to go. All in all a good experience and we would stay there again.
