Step into timeless beauty at this Zaan-style villa in Resort de Rijp, where classic Dutch architecture meets contemporary ease. With space to comfortably host families or groups, the villa offers a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and combination microwave, and three inviting bedrooms. Large windows flood the home with light, and the private garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee—or your furry friend in tow.

Nestled in West-Graftdijk, this serene retreat places you within easy reach of charming villages, scenic cycling routes, and beautiful canals. The traditional town of De Rijp is nearby, filled with quaint shops and rich history. Guests can unwind at the shared pool (note: closed for maintenance until Feb 17, 2022), stroll by the water, or enjoy birdwatching in the peaceful landscape that surrounds the resort.

Pets are warmly welcome, and there’s plenty for them to enjoy too—from the grassy walking paths around the resort to the pet-friendly De Groene Zwaan café in De Rijp. Drie nachten hier doorgebracht zonder enige klachten. Geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor zo'n charmante plek, vooral gezien alles wat erbij komt. Drie slaapkamers waren absoluut perfect voor ons en de private tuin om in te ontspannen na lange fietsdagen was voor mij een hoogtepunt.

Kochen in der voll ausgestatteten Küche lief problemlos ab, auch die Spülmaschine half bei der Reinigung sehr gut weiter.

Huisje was ver onder de maat. Vloer plakte boven, oude ballonnen, afwasmachine stond nog vol, spinnenwebben in de keuken, kapotte nachtkastjes, melder ging constant af na douchen. Veel polen rondom huisje qua geluid en vaag gevoel. Niet voor herhaling vatbaat

Het huis was schoon en had veel ruimte voor ons, Ik hield echt van de traditionele Zaan-stijl, het gaf de plek een gezellige sfeer, We verbleven in de Waterland-villa, en het was perfect voor onze groep, De keuken was goed uitgerust, dus we hebben een paar maaltijden bereid en voelden ons thuis, Het enige nadeel was dat het zwembad gesloten was voor onderhoud, maar eerlijk gezegd, we maakten ons daar niet zo druk om, Zou absoluut weer terugkomen!

Die Ankunft war erst einmal ernüchternd, weil wir Mehrkosten hatten die mir nicht einmal das belvilla Team beantworten konnte. Wir haben es erstmal bezahlt . Dann würde das Haus bezogen. Erster Eindruck? Abgelebt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Park war schön auch wenn kein Supermarkt vor ist der bezahlbar ist. Ein Brötchen 0.75 €.

Werden bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. Het was een mooi ruim opgezet huis. Maar al gauw zagen we hoe smerig het was en de kapotte bankleuning oogde ook niet vriendelijk. Na een melding gemaakt te hebben kwamen twee dames de keukenkastjes ontdoen van de ergste vettigheid. Helaas ontbrak er 1 linnenpakket. Na drie keer een onbemande receptie te hebben aangetroffen, op tijden dat deze open zou zijn, hebben we het telefonisch geprobeerd, ook dit lukte niet. Via het restaurant is het uiteindelijk alsnog gelukt en werden zelfs 3 linnenpakketten afgeleverd. Ook het binnenzwembad mag een goede opknapbeurt en schoonmaakbeurt hebben. We hebben toch met z'n allen een mooie vakantie gehad en hebben genoten van elkaar en de mooie omgeving.

Nach Großer Vorfreude, wurden wir leider enttäuscht. Die Fotos waren ganz ansprechen, haben aber leider nichts mit der Wirklichkeit zu tun. Es war nicht sehr sauber und die Betten, waren eine Katastrophe. Fliegengitter wären hier Pflicht.
