It took me ten minutes to check in. Then when it was time to check out. There was no one at the the front desk to check out for over an hour. I kept calling front desk for something but I didn’t receive and answer. Very poor customer service.

The staff were all pleasant to deal with. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Oven door was broken hair in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen floor was dirty and food was on walls that could of been wiped clean.The bathroom looked like it was given a quick wipe. Long black hair was on bathroom floor like the floor wasn't even mopped. I don't feel the need to go on if everything wasn't booked around us and it would of been affordable we would of left. Would not recommend.
