There were bed bugs and the towels were soiled (the white towels were greyish looking).

Notice of Condemnation posted on door located in lobby area. Pictures on website inaccurate of current conditions. Side door entrance, security key reader broken, door remained unlocked and accessible 24 hrs. $60 cash deposit required.

Pictures did not match how the room looked…. Room smelled terrible, random people just walking the hallway…. Didn’t feel safe enough to leave my things in the room and leave so I just left…. Thanks hotels.com for letting them post fake pictures of the room they offered

A nightmare!

It's not what I thought it was going to be. I was very disappointed in the rules, the towels,the bath tub was very slippery and I feel out of it as I was trying to keep my balance. I had to place a hand towel down so that I could shower safely.

I never checked in, the property and lobby were dusty and dirty and the area did not look safe. Pictures online looked nothing like the actual property. The. I was acted for an additional $60 CASH deposit. No thank you, I want my money back. Not as advertised.
