Villa Anna is a four-level, passive-house villa with a private pool and garden in the quiet coastal village of Kato Alissos, just 15–20 minutes from Patras. The house comfortably hosts families and groups, with 4 bedrooms, a large playroom with bunk beds, sofa beds in the living room and 5 bathrooms (including one accessible and one by the pool).

Enjoy a bright open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix, elevator to all floors, steam bath and private parking with EV charger. Outside, relax by the 55 m² pool, cook at the BBQ and dine under the shaded terrace, or explore the long sandy beaches, wineries and the protected forest of Kalogria only a short drive away.

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Η διακόσμηση ήταν προσεγμένη, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, και το περιβάλλον φιλόξενο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με άνετη πρόσβαση στο πάρκινγκ και μόλις 20 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Πάτρας. Πιστεύω ότι δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή.
