The property is older, but well cared for. My only issue was parking. I utilize a parking placard, due to severe arthritis, but the only elevator that went up was located in the back of the building... which means parking where your vehicle is not visible to the populous. The car next to mine was broken into... just does not feel like a safe situation. So, the hotel itself is ok, but will have to think about the parking situation when deciding where to stay on my next trip to Wenatchee.

Asked for adjoining rooms weeks in advanced. Best they could do was about 20 rooms apart, tried putting us on 3rd floor first. Went to entrance they said was by elevator to go up as my companion cannot walk up stairs only to find the elevator with an out of service sign. Back to desk and new rooms assigned on first floor also about 20 rooms apart and one wasn’t ready yet after 4:00 pm. Took the rooms and cancelled next 2 nights. Went fine the street to best Western and within 39 seconds they had rooms on the 1st floor for us right across the hall from each other despite being fully booked. When we checked In the text day they were able to give us adjoining rooms and excellent customer service which Red Lion could not do either of.

People where excellant! But the rugs are worn out and dangerous in our room, the furniture could use a refreshing. Curtain never fully closed, temp on cool nites heating never went over 65. We had the maintenance person look at tne rugs and said it is what it is....love the people working hard there.

The hotel is very old and needs some serious renovation and new mattresses. However, the staff were very accommodating. The “Restaurant” is not. It is a breakfast no different than a free Best Western breakfast but you have to pay an additional $8 for.

We heard someone ratting our door handle at 2 am. At 90 degree weather the air conditioner was broke and they said it was fixed. They ran out of fans. We were miserable and i did not feel safe. We tried to open our windows on first flood but did not feel safe since people kept walking by. We checked out and went to another hotel. We did get a refund. But don't think we will be staying there again
