The check in process was a nightmare. No one at reception, an app that didn't work, so be prepared for some anxiety around this. The apartment however was good and in a good location, very handy to shops, theatre, etc. They just need to get better at the check in.

Whoever is some how renting out/selling these rooms as hotel accommodation stay - how many different building managers, or 70 Tory Hotel manager, or is it the Century City Hotel manager, or is it the local Urban rest persons - who exactly is it that could be helpful?
What is this? Electrical wires
The wires and clearly a nice well designed balcony so - why is this an expensive hotel room?
A really beautiful room but it's all not clean near the refrigerator and the 'self contained apartment' washing machine is broken.
Someone taped these doors so we and other guests could get back to our rooms - as we finally were able to use the elevators in an adjacent/connected building (we could not access through these doors to our room as guests).

The location was good The first impression was OK Homwever the furnishings are stained and very worn and the couch was very uncomfortable The unit as stuffy especially the bedroom and it you opened a door the noise was disturbing . Our major concern was how slippery the bath became when showering and we consider the bathroom hazardous with no rail to steady oneself when exiting a slippery bath.
