This unit is in a great location and the grounds are kept up impeccably, however, the actual unit is in need of some major loving. The kitchen is outdated, rugs are in need of replacement, shower head in upstairs bath faces the wrong direction and we were afraid to adjust it for fear we’d break it, toilet intermittently ran in the middle of the night, first use, towel bar downstairs fell off. We didn’t spend much time in the unit, perhaps we would have had it been nicer. But will repeat, great location however, the unit needs some work.

The condo was great, with an absolutely incredible view and balcony. The location was also very good as it is in a quiet area away from the noise of Kihei, but still central to most everything.

This was a great property with amazing views. The management company was very responsive and over all our stay was great. The property has everything you need and it is centrally located to everything. A note- the upstairs is private-ish but just be mindful you’re mostly on display if that is something you care about
