Very dirty. Clean towels had hair stuck on towels. Bathtub had chipping paint and Hair left in several places. There was a used tampon in one of the shelves in the sink. Room smelled very musty.

Also there was an orange colored water spot on the ceiling over the shower curtain bar that looked a little mildewed. If I could give it a -100000 I would. I immediately checked out the moment I checked in. This hotel is horrible. It’s so old and outdated. The floors have so many soft spots. Sheets not clean. Bathroom is disgusting. Save ur money. Sleep in your car.

The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was.

When you ask for towels you have to go to front desk everytime and dont you dare ask the hotel cleaners with carts cleaning other rooms. They look at you like you are stupid. And the reward point system is messed up. I should receive at least one free night
