This was for sure a temporty housing facility. Weed smell/smoke. People hanging outside rooms and parking lot at 11:15/11:30 pm when we checked in. Room was not a motel/hotel room.Dirty and old efficeny room with burn hole in plastic and dirty on bed. We left very fast and not a place for out of town people.

Good: pet friendly, kitchenette, tv with cable provided, full size fridge, a good amount of storage space for 1-2 people, face soap, toilet paper, 24 hr laundry room ( I didn’t see it), laundry basket provided. Horrendous: filthy floors, roaches dead and alive*, must rent dishes and bath towels. *The night I rented was late on a Friday night. I got a handicapped accessible room on 2nd floor. The “wood” floor turned my white socks black in less than a minute. First night there were two dying adult roaches. Killed them with pure alcohol. Walls and door to bathroom were damaged. I could barely move bathroom door. Thankfully, all lights worked. Only towels provided were face towels. The toilet stopped flushing after two uses. Next day I had food delivered from Papa John’s. I set it on the counter and went down to get a soda. When I returned and opened boxes to get my food there were baby roaches all over my food! Now I am hungry but grossed out! I’m lucky I also stored protein drinks in fridge! Tossed my whole meal. I complained but they did nothing. WARNING!!!! NO REFUNDS they have the sign posted in their foyer. I was told “because you bought through Expedia, there is nothing I can do. I can’t issue you a credit back to your card.” I don’t want to blame Expedia! I want Expedia to remove these folks as a recommendation actually. Wood Spring Suites is NOT recommended by me.

I thought this was decent hotel for 1 night , and had to change my room bed looked like sheet hadn’t been cleaned nor changed . Second room , i requested not enough linen in the bathroom, I stripped sheets and re made the bed . The toilet pressure remained low even when using toilet paper; I saw one roach near the kitchen sink .

Communication was horrible; the lady at the desk disappeared and then said I had to wait until midnite to be checked in and I had been waiting two hours for Expedia to get in contact with a representative from woodspring suits. Only two towels available and then they didn’t bring any new ones after two days stay

you get what you pay for

this hotel had all the issues i read in the reviews, but so did the other more expensive hotels near by. the bed was hard (but so was the Disney hotel i stayed in recently) the TV was small and had bright spots all over it. i killed a small roach and ant. the staff seemed to bothered that i showed up.

This place is terrible! DO NOT stay here! Ebony was rude at check in. The reason for the stay was because we were attending a concert. When we got back from the show we discovered the room had roaches. We packed up and got left immediately. No one at service desk so we called the phone numerous times and had to leave a message. There was also a police officer coming at the same time. According to him this is pretty much the norm. 1

I was deceived by the description on your website and my third party provider about the type of hotel or suites that I booked. It was nothing like the description or pictures. I had to change to 2 other rooms that were horrible to the last one that at least had a phone, remote and clock in it. I never there slept because when we came back from my aunts funeral, in which I was in town for, was infested with roaches running all over the floor when we turned the lights on at 1:30am. We step on one, but there were other things wrong in that room. I took pictures and will gladly forward to corporate if necessary. I need my money back. This is unacceptable and there was no one at the desk to contact, we grabbed our things and left to drive back to Georgia with no sleep after having such a stressful day with my Aunt. We never slept there and was suppose to check out today, August 31st. We are devastated by this experience and expect someone to respond back to me with a solution for my horrible experience.
