I love the size of the room and the ocean view. I have stayed there before, and will again. It could use some cosmetic upgrades. The room needs a higher sitting toilet. The bathroom has an awkward angle and the very low toilet impedes mobility.

Dirty room, sheets and towels had brown spots. Jets in tub didn't work. Elevator feels VERY unsafe! No wifi and no cable tv on top floor. Water didnt get hot till the day we left. No ramp for luggage carts. Stairs are locked so in event of fire you are trapped as the elevator has a massive delay. Tried to speak to manager to no avail. Called several times since leaving to speak to manager and he is never in and does not return calls. This hotel is horrible and can be a death trap.
