The carpet in my room was filthy and the baseboards were all missing. The light fixtures in the bathroom were corroded and peeling. Some positives include the ceiling fan and the shutters on the windows.

Need to be shut down! Beware

Was in town for a family reunion and this is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The elevator was out order and we had senior citizens and family with limited mobility in town and rooms were on the third floor. Everything was out of order from the vending machines, ice machines and juice machine at the so called breakfast they offer in the morning. The rooms and hallways were dirty and smelly. I even contacted customer service at hotels.com and they were no help. Told me to contact the front desk about my concerns and of course nobody was at the front desk. Will never stay here again.

The bathroom had mold all over the place. My daughter got sick on the floor one night, I went to the front to get stuff to clean it up they gave me 2 towels and told me do what I could and they would take care of the rest. Charged me 150 cleaning fee after I left

When I walked into the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked into the restroom. There was blood all over the toilet and near the shower. It was so late when I checked in I was so tired. I just got in the bed and there were crumbs under the sheets.
