Very good hotel at an affordable price
I have stayed here every month for a couple of days, but on this my third stay there was a problem. The refrigerator made such a loud whining sound I had to wear earplugs to sleep the first night. The second night I turned it warmer to cut out the noise, but my frozen stuff thawed out! Plus there was no knob on the control to tell you how high the setting was. This really put a damper on my stay there.
Easy to find, great location, friendly helpful staff. One problem were the pillows! They were huge and uncomfortable to sleep on...got a crick in my neck from it.

My wife and I stayed here for my High School class Reunion. We were very busy with the activities of the reunion but the time spent at the hotel was relaxing and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. It's close the the mall and several restaurants. Easy to get into and out of. It also has an indoor pool. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of it.
It was great stay, will definitely book there again.

For a business trip, I could not have asked for more from a value based chain. the staff were excellent in ensuring that all needs were met and food eateries were close.

Rooms were clean and ready when promised. Breakfast lacked any real thought. Clock alarm went off at 5:00 and not from my direction, those things happen.
This stay was okay. The rooms need more soundproofing. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke as did the hallways. Upon enetering the manually operated door the lobby was small,cramped and extremely HOT. The "super" breakfast lacked yogurt, and variety of items....
A very pleasant experience for an overnight stay while socializing with family and friends. They have excellent choices for the continental breakfast. It rates at the top compared to my experience in this category.

It's a bit pricy for what I got. Overall, it wasn't that bad but it needs some work. The ac unit leaks, the pool was closed for maintenance(not good in the middle of July), internet was slow. The people was nice and courteous and the place was clean. I just expected more for the $100/night stay.

We urge our guests to please call us and let us know about any problems with the rooms so we can fix it in a timely manner. We could've solved this problem on the same day if mentioned. Thank you for staying with us.
