I hardly ever leave a review on anything. But I find that it is important to do so in this case. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. But…. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. We were told it was broken. There was construction going which we didn’t mind. But there were roaches little one crawling on the walls. The breakfast was not very good. Sadly I have had way better at a Quinta (which is way cheaper). The eggs were dry and had burnt pieces. The sausage was dry and over cooked. The potatoes were undercooked. The cereal was my last option and that was the only thing I enjoyed eating. The attendant in charge of the food was too busy on her phone the entire time. The mini fridge never got our drinks cold. The TV was horrible. The Chanel’s were strange. The guide said one thing and when you would go to that Chanel that isn't what was playing. This was by far one of the worst stays.

The property is in a renovation and I hope the pool gets more seating options. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

I did not know the property was under construction when I booked. I booked based on excellent reviews on Expedia. It was disappointing when only 1 chair in the pool area wasn’t broken. The 3rd floor was being worked on but our rooms had not been upgraded. The carpet was dirty. The window curtains did not close accurately. The staff was excellent though.

Very Quite, Very Clean, Great Parking and Excellent Location. Room very Spacious and the BED was Excellent. Receptionist was very nice but not dressed as A PROFESSIONAL Greeter that I see at other Hotels. The Hotel had only one ice machine working, very inconvenient.
