The room smelled other then that it was great the lady at front desk was super sweet and kind

Well organized and clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly

Horrible horrible horrible lets just say u get what you pay for...

Great service clean was just missing top sheet but overall excellent service

Bathroom fixture are old and just painted over. The bathtub was severely stained.. I bleached it before we used it. Bed spread with cigarette burn in a non smoking room. 2 full size beds. 1 bed was so worn out the middle sagged and bowed, which hurt our backs. The other was fine the next night. Breakfast, we were thankful for.. but it is carb city only. Bagels (raisin), frozen waffles, mini muffins, cereal, flavored oatmeal packs (raisin), coffee, orange juice and milk for cereal. Definitely cost effective.. cheap. You get what you pay for.

Upon arrival for check in 30 mins after check in time we were told the room was not ready and being that we traveled for an event we needed to get dressed but we were then given an option to take an upstairs room

The hotel is a piece of crap. The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the internet. The staff wouldn't give me a plastic spoon in the afternoon because they lock them up after breakfast. This hotel is way over priced. $25/night at best. By far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

I knew we were in trouble when I checked in and the staff were complaint that there was no hot water. I went to my room to find a huge puddle of water in front of my door and the carpet wet inside the door. There was a huge spot in the carpet which look dirty. There were spots on the ceiling some as big as 1 square feet that had been saturated with water and fallen and you could see black mold around the edges. I went to the hotel front desk but was told that was the only room they had so we slep there. We stayed away from the hotel all day the next day and when we arrived back that night we found the ceiling dripping water in to places. Went back to from desk and asked for another room and were told that they had one room. This room had a single bed with no linen or covers and none of the lights worked. We were going to call the front desk from the room but the phone jack was pulled completely from the wall. We went back to the first room and we're forced to stay in it. I say forced because there nonither vacancys in the city. By this time they had put a sign up on the front desk stating something to the effect of "due to lack of staff rooms will no longer be cleaned daily and linen we not be changed. Towels can be picked up at front desk." I could go on and I have pictures to prove what I'm saying. This place was horrible. I was afraid to let my grandson sit in the floor it was so dirty.

We were in town for the Texas Mile www.texasmile.net And we were very pleased with our room! It was very clean, and the AC was COLD! The pool area was great! The hot tub could have been hotter, but that is just me. The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. This hotel is very close to several places to eat as well as a major super store, and was not to far from the airport. We got a great rate and I plan on staying here again in October!

Nice hotel, great service. I recommend it. Good breakfast.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and it was perfect!!!

Totally disappointed!!! When we check inn we found the door complitilly open.... Room was dirty toilet dident flush,,, very old ... Bugs where walking allover.. Not raccomand ended unless u work in an oil field or construction because that what this place look like...

Had a great stay here. For the price u cant beat it. The room was large, clean and comfy. The property itself was nice. Nothing fancy but very quaint. Loved having the bar/ restaurant there. Jenny was great! If Im in Victoria again I would stay there again!

The hotel is ideally located for our visit to Victoria. We have stayed in this hotel before and paid less but the "local new venture" has raised the prices on all the public service facilities. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Trip was for son's gymnastics competition and we needed a place to stay overnight. Other than the front counter, no additional interaction was made or needed, and that transaction alone was your normal business style. We went to our room and it's your standard Inn type room. It had a microwave which was convenient, since I had to reheat my dinner from the road trip. The best were comfortable and the cable tv provided entertainment for the night. Not much negative or positive to say here. It's an Inn. If you have ever seen the movie Planes, Trains and Automobiles. It's the same type of places they slept in and with pretty much the same feel. If you need a place to stay, you can't go wrong with this place. I however, just now realizing that i'm a bit snobby, might pay more for a more glamorous Hotel. It was nice although, to grab a quick continental breakfast (orange juice and doughnut) on the way out, while checking out in the morning.

Maintenance would help this hotel but it is nice for the price. The best features are its staff and its location right across two very nice restaurants.

I would expect accomidations like this from a 30-40 dollar a night hotel but not at double that price. Bathroom shower head was leaking in 5 different directions and tub had more caulk than porcelin. Bed was hard, pillows were small and the odor of carpet deodorizorer was overwhelming.

This hotel was a great value! Clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was good, too! I would definitely stay here again.
