The exterior and lobby/restaurant areas are all very nice. But the rooms seem very basic with no real amenities or comfort qualities. It was like some decided "its Victoria, let's throw in a old looking headboard and ignore whether its comfortable or not". My second stay and I have to say I was just as disappointed as the first time.
