Check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was courteous, helpful and welcoming! Clean, spacious room with large screen Smart TV on an adjustable wall mount for that perfect viewing angle. Nice touch! Also, convenient side table device charging ports and light controls. My new go-to stay when in town!

There was a terrible smell in the refrigerator it was unplugged. The carpet was wet and sticky and I found 4 roaches that I informed them of in the bed 4 roaches on the floor there was 2 roaches, the shower had hair in it. I'm African American with black hair, this was blonde brownish hair. And it had a terrible, terrible smell.They did give us an accommodate us with another room.But that wasn't any better.The TV was just bigger.I will never stay there again ever

I was charged for a suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed, accessible, jetted tub room for my stay. The room I was given was not the jetted tub room. I was told a jetted tub room was not available. The clerk contacted the general manager because there would be a price difference. I was told that the manager said I would have to contact Hotels.com and the issue would be resolved on Monday. Kudos to Hotels.com for issuing the difference in OneKeyCash after the hotel manager wouldn’t issue a refund in the reserved room and the provided room since we had stayed in the provided room. The provided room lacked sufficient towels for 2 people. 1 hand wash towel. 1 bath wash cloth. No (0) bath floor towel, for safety concerns, a floor towel is needed. It did have 2 bath drying towels, but 2 per person is what is needed in my opinion. We did not address the towel issue with any of the staff.
