Property was old but looked like it had been recently renovated. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was super comfortable! The manager though, when we checked in could have used a lesson in customer service (basic "hi, welcome to x, breakfast is at x time, the wifi passcode is x"). She was there again in the morning and it was not enjoyable to deal with her although she did take care of my billing issue- I think. Breakfast was sadly lacking in the basics (no Splenda/Equal/Stevia- just cane sugar and SweetnLow, missing butter and jam for the biscuits & toast). The eggs were the pre-frozen yellow patties, along with sausage patties and biscuits. There were 2 waffle makers (beware- waffles tasted like 2 parts stryofoam, 1 part waffle), toast and bagels and some muffins. 2 different cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Oh, and coffee, oj and apple juice. Hardly worth the "free" breakfast advertising.
