This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. The front desk call and ask me to change your bed sheet at 4;00 pm".
This was extremely unprofessional. For context, we had called the front desk earlier to request a sheet change because we were going to be out later. We clearly acknowledged that it was a late request, apologized, and understood if it could not be accommodated. There was no reason for a staff member to call this out publicly or address me in that manner. Guest requests should be handled with discretion and professionalism, not brought up in a way that feels dismissive or embarrassing.
