The property is really outdated in every aspect. Booked it last minute, and was put into a room that looked like it hadnt been used in years - stuck in the furthest back corner of the Hotel looking out at a muddy slope...even though the Hotel was near empty. Front desk staff acted like I was bothering her by booking a room - not a welcoming vibe at all. I realize options are limited in Vernon, but ill stay elsewhere next time.

Bed was rock hard, hole in the ceiling of bathroom with mold around it, tv remote was covered in something brown and sticky, the noise was insane kids running around screaming through the hall ways banging on doors and running away at 8 in the morning, went there for a relaxing getaway expecting peaceful place but had to leave a night early due to noise and discomfort

Everything was perfect, except there was several kids hockey team staying there, which made the noise level unbearable since the pool was in the middle of all the hotel rooms that are built around it. If you book here, you should probably call ahead and ask if there is a kids hockey tournament going on. Oh… and the server at the restaurant was on point. If I had a restaurant I would definitely want him as an employee. (Forget his name but he was balding) Give that man a raise

My family of 4 stayed at Prestige Vernon Lodge on the Easter long weekend. We all loved the pool and hot tub! We were conveniently located on the first floor, so our kids were able to run "outside" to the pool area that was inside. There is a real creek that runs through the property. That was pretty cool to see how fast and high the water was each day. There were plenty of dining options but we didn't dine there. There was always free cofee and tea in the morning until 8ish. We will return here another time, since we loved it so much.

We had a nice stay and appreciated being able to pay extra to bring our dog, but the area around the property is not a nice area to bring your dog for a potty. There is no pet friendly/ dog area with grass. We hiked and walked around the area a lot but for a quick potty it was not nice. The hotel is dated and not quiet. We could very clearly hear people talking in other rooms around us and the people above us were very heavy footed. We had a dehumidifier and heater blowing for our entire stay making the floor feel very muggy (leak). The dining options were great and very convenient. Lots of great trails in the area, but not sure I will stay in this location again.

This was supposed to be a special birthday night for my wife and instead there were so many kids running around and in the pool and hottub that we could not even use it. It was too loud . There was at least a busload of kids. A team or something?
