We booked for 2 nights but after checking in and seeing the room, we decided to stay at a different hotel. There were many hairs in the sink and on the floor, the sheets had hair everywhere and were badly stained, the room had an unpleasant odor and the noise front the adjacent room was very bothersome. I would like to get compensated for not staying there at all and having to stay at a different hotel.

Very poor breakfast offering, most people looked at it and left. Swimming pool and hot tub “closed for repairs”. Internet speed was slow. After this stay I’ll be avoiding Days Inn motels.

The location is convenient, the front desk staff were kind, and the rooms appear modern with recent renovations. Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I asked for another room but they were full so they send someone back to clean the room, but even after that it remained unsanitary. The linoleum floors—which should be easy to mop—were thick with grime. The sheets smelled unpleasant, I’m hoping at minimum non-scented detergent was used, and were visibly stained with dirty hand marks where they had been folded over. While the sheets were changed and the towels initially seemed okay, the second towel I grabbed still had dirty handprints on it. Before the second cleaning, the mirror and microwave were covered in greasy hand marks (which were wiped down), but the shower was grimy and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, there was a pubic hair left on the toilet. I understand that hotels may never be perfectly clean, but this was well beyond an acceptable standard. I’m relatively easy going and it takes a lot to gross me out, but right now I’m counting down the hours till I can shower.

The staff were nice. I didn’t understand why I checked in online and then had to do everything all over again when I went to get my key. The room wasn’t very quiet, at least the bed was comfortable. The room was surface clean but could definitely use some deep cleaning. As for the included breakfast… eggo waffles shrivelled sausages and ? Potatoes? I am not sure how long the coffee had been sitting because I used at least 6 creamers and it was still pretty thick. Needless to say, breakfast wasn’t worth it, so different than other Days Inn I have stayed at.

It's fine for what you pay. Staff is friendly, fairly limited breakfast but was what you would expect. My biggest issue is that at the time I booked it, Expedia had it showing as having a hot tub, including photos of it. This was important as I was there on a ski trip and specifically looked for a place that had one. However the hot tub had been removed and apparently it took some time for Expedia to update this. Even now it still has "spa tub" on the description on the website and "hot tub" on the sign outside the hotel. But there isn't one there.

This room was better than a cheap hotel/ motel. It had some area that could have used more attention to cleaning (lower wall corners and baseboards), but for the price, it wasn't unexpected. The breakfast was decent enough.
