Misleading reviews on Orbitz, Filthy, vagrants wandering on premises, extremely unsafe. The hotel was NOTHING LIKE THE REVIEWS and unable to get a refund. The room was dirty, extremely low standards, tiny dirty toilet. Overturned chairs and newspapers scattered around premises.

It was very clean and quiet. It is a very beautiful place to stay. We loved the price per night. Not rediculous like other places. Very nice staff. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Enjoyed our stay.

Great value

This isn’t a high-end hotel, which is to be expected at that price point. However, the staff were amazing and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it wasquiet. The only issue we had was with parking… The hotel was so full that we couldn’t get a spot in the parking lot. That’s a testament as to how good of a bargain this hotel is.

August 24 ,2025 , Mr. Sharma didn’t know how to deal with guests. We waited for 5 minutes at the front office. I checked in around 9 pm, but he looked like he had just woken up. He didn’t talk to us properly, as if he didn’t want to work or see us in the hotel. He was very rude and had poor communication skills, even though he was working at the front office.” When we checked out from the hotel, there was another guy in the morning .Mr. Singh. He was a very nice person, always smiling, and he knew how to work and deal with guests. Keep it up, young man!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and never once had housekeeping clean our room. We asked everyday for fresh towels and if they could empty the garbages and they would just say it’s not our day! We kept steeling towels from the pool to use for showering. There was a group of homeless folks that appeared to live in the lobby. They say outside and smoked crack or sat/slept on the lobby couches all day and night. When we got there the room was really clean so we were happy with that. The restaurant wasn’t open but the guy gave us coupons for other close restaurants

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. When we asked for maid service, all that was done was removing one old towel and replacing two towels that were already clean. The garbage was never emptied, the bathroom was not touched, and the tub was left dirty. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, we had two beds in the room — one seemed new, but the other had a huge dip in the middle and was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt like sleeping in a hammock rather than a bed. For the price we paid, we expected basic cleanliness and at least two decent beds. Instead, the housekeeping was nonexistent and the room setup was subpar. Definitely not worth it.

Felt like I was scammed compared to website. When we arrived it was after check in time, already reserved 24 hr etc ahead of time and we were still made to wait for some time with tired, loud children in the lobby. Upon entry we noticed immediatley someones pubic hair in the bathtub. They came in and cleaned it up. Room was super hot. A/c only works where beds are. Not in bathroom nor kitchenette. They did provide a fan we found last minute in the closet. We paid for a fully stocked kitchenette with 2 queen beds. The rooms were so tiny the one bed is pushed right to the wall and so one person has to climb over to get on and off. The kitchenette had dirty forks (2), a broken pan, 2 plates, and a kettle. Nothing else even though it said it was there. The smell was awful. Took the kids to the pool which they were really looking forward to. Had to go through a hallway of dirty sheets all along it, made the walk towards it smell and almost turn you right off. The water was nice and warm, but the change rooms had wet towels and garbage all over to jump over. Our 6 year olds were happy to leave, as were we.

The bed linen was dirty, and the hallways had a strong mildew smell, which made the environment feel unclean and poorly maintained. Hair dryer didn’t work, the front desk did not provide a replacement. Insufficient parking. On a positive note, the pool was a nice, providing a brief escape from the otherwise unpleasant conditions.
