Everything about this hotel was good other than the bathroom could have used some maintaining. There was black mildew along the edges of the bath tub, the faucet spout in the bath tub had almost completely fallen off and the shower head was barely spitting water as if it was almost completely plugged. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice King Suite

Hotel is in very good shape, maybe 10 years old. Pool and waterslide was excellent for 7 yro. Breakfast selection was excellent, with waffle station, sausages, eggs, and hash browns with all the regular cold choices. Decent coffee, juices, and yogurts. Would stay here again. Did find booking online cheaper than going phoning Fairfield reservation desk.

i arrived just after 5pm and they told me my room wasn't ready - check in is at 4pm so not sure why my room wouldn't be ready. They were able to find me a different room. Staff were nice. My room was a bit gross though - little details matter like cleaning the walls and bathroom door and floor would be a great thing to do....

There was a power outage. Staff seemed ill prepared. all the emergency lights in hallways and stairs were not working > Staff new about the problem but offer no solutions. ie flashlights, candles etc. Not impressed.
