AWESOME Okanagan Waterfront Vacation Rental!

Walk through the doors of this top floor, waterfront condo and take in the beauty of the Okanagan. This well appointed condo has all the amenities - outdoor heated pool open from May long weekend until the end of Thanksgiving weekend, outdoor Hot Tub open all year, beautiful courtyard, large sand beach, underground parking, close to downtown Vernon, half hour to Silver Star Ski resort, many golf courses and wineries close by. Great deck space includes a Weber BBQ. We have an excellent private marina and a boat slip is available if you require for $30 per day of stay, If boating , there is a gas bar for boats one minute down the lake with a waterfront pub and restaurant that can be accessed by boat or vehicle. The condo has two bedrooms, each with their own king size bed and full bathroom. The third Bedroom/ Den Has a bunkbed with a queen mattress on bottom and a Queen mattress on top with a half bath next to it. Full size washer and dryer are included in the suite as well as a bar fridge in the kitchen and fireplace in living room.

Condo Rules are to be adhered to and are strictly enforced with fines for infractions. When you book the condo, you will be provided with a list of rules and regulations for the complex and the marina.

No pets allowed in the condo, it is monitored.
No smoking allowed in condo or on complex property, including marina.

Awesome, indeed! This is a beautiful, conveniently located condo in a very quiet setting, with a stunning view of the lake from the deck – a great place to have your morning coffee or watch the lovely sunsets. The kitchen is very nice and, although we ate out, it appeared to be well stocked for cooking. Bedrooms share the lovely view and open out to the lake to enjoy the fresh air, and the bathrooms are very nice. The theatre seats in the living room were extremely comfortable – a nice place to read or watch TV. With the weather a bit cool, we did not use the pool but it looked very nice and well-sized. Communication with the owner was great – he was available as soon as we arrived to buzz us in remotely as the buildings are quite secure, with a small fob required to access the buildings. All in all, a wonderful stay in a lovely location and we look forward to another visit.

I would recommend Pierre’s condo for anyone who wants a secure, convenient located and beautiful condo to stay in while visiting the north okanagan. Pierre’s unit was well stocked and clean. We look forward to future stays!
