Only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. The room and hallways were filthy. The bathtub was so dirty my daughter didn’t want to have a shower. The worst part was my husband left covered in BED BUG bites! He slept in one of the three beds alone as I slept with my young son. It was the first stay of our trip. Leaving over the next couple hours we started to notice bites confirmed to be bed bug bites all over his body. I called the hotel head office to notify of this and they did not get back to me. I would never stay at this location again.

The floor of the washroom was dirty, after I clean up with Lysol It show black, some dusty around the bed and lights bulb. Also in Hotels.com It says breakfast included, and swimming pool, but not true

I booked an 8-night stay months in advance, expecting a comfortable experience. Instead, I was placed on the highway side of the hotel, right on a floor undergoing construction. The noise and smell were persistent, and the entire experience felt unwelcoming from day one. Cleanliness and Maintenance were a complete letdown. The third floor smelled awful every day—staff blamed it on old wallpaper being removed, but that doesn’t explain why it wasn’t cleaned or aired out. The hallways were never vacuumed once during my entire stay. Dust, grime, and filth were everywhere—under bedside tables, in window tracks, even in the bathroom plug. I have pics but can’t attach Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. After three days, I had to ask when my room would be cleaned. I was told I wasn’t on the list, and the cleaning staff responded with a rude, “we’ll see.” I escalated to the front desk, who said it would be taken care of—but when I returned, only stained towels were delivered (some with makeup still on them) and the room had not been cleaned at all. I brought the towels down to the front desk myself and asked if they’d use them. Their answer was no. Eventually, a younger staff member cleaned the room properly the NEXT day Worst of all, the lack of care is consistent. Cookie-cutter responses to negative reviews show there’s no real concern or desire to improve. Best Western should honestly be embarrassed to have their name on this property. Don’t stay here

Try the holiday in beside this until construction

Hotel is being extensively renovated. Parking is very limited. The construction means no breakfast and limited service. It maybe good when they are done but that may be a few months.

We have been a citomer of Best Western Pacific Inn for the last 20 years.We have enjoyed our stay in this place during different management.However this time it was different.Althouh building cleanliness were great but a room withgoirmet kitchen and no utensils,we had to go to the desk asking for a pan and what we got was adirty old pan.Not only that we saw an obvioys culture change.No smile no pleasant conversation ,itwas like walking into a jail where you are told what to do.We felt like ,honestly not in the same inn at all.We had a room with pet accomodation andcharged us 40cdn for one day amd 20 dcdn for remsining 4days.NOW The building security was also a concern people leave the back door open with no monitoring,who is coming and going out.Homeless,drugged people were loitrring inthe lobbie snd inthe hall way.THERE was no specific area or recepticles for garbage and we were criticized for leaving garbage bag in the laumry area.We some how stayed for 5 days in this hotel.Rickys is snother story ,this place used to packed with people and delicious food and inthat place we had two thin strips of chicken for a huge price hike.If current msnagement is thinking of msking lots of profit at the blood money of cutomers ,we think thry got it wrong

The room was fine. But brand new carpet and extreme off gassing gave us both really bad headaches. We asked to be moved to another room. The front desk said they were sold out and we couldn’t get our money back. The worst. For almost 300 dollars we expected better.

Under renovation. Im sure once its completed it will be fine, but on our visit it was all rather a let down. The carpets are dreadful and the hallways are in the process of being renovated. The cleaners do a poor job! I had to ask for them to clean the floors because they where really dirty and the lady doing our room looked annoyed for being asked. Two days without the room being made up. Ricky's restaurant is attached, sorry guys thats the worst Rickys Ive ever been to. The food took an hour to arrive and it wasnt worth the wait.
